1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
 Orders are usually delivered within 3–6 working days, depending on your location. Metro cities get faster delivery (2–4 days), while remote areas may take a bit longer.
2. How can I track my order?
 Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email or SMS. You can click the link to see real-time updates on your parcel’s location and delivery status.
3. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
 Please record a clear unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at infohogya@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 8669050298. We’ll review it quickly and arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
 You can cancel your order before it’s shipped by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible — but you can request a return after receiving your order.
5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
 Yes, COD is available for select pin codes across India. Some COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
6. How do I return a product?
 To request a return, email us within 5 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and a short unboxing video. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the pickup or self-shipping process.
7. When will I get my refund?
 Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 8–15 working days to your original payment method or bank account (for COD orders).
8. Are shipping charges included in the product price?
 We offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹499. For smaller orders, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 applies. Any special charges (for remote areas) will be shown at checkout.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
 We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available). All online payments are processed securely via our trusted payment partners.
